At every step of the planning and execution of the wedding we found NTC to be cheerful, professional and extremely accommodating. From the time the pristine, white tents were set-up (2 days in advance of the event) to the team's tidy-up and departure late into the evening of the wedding, we were delighted by the smooth, unruffled way NTC attended to our needs. The food was superb and bountiful, the presentation exquisite, value for money was huge, and the service impeccable! Imagine tuxedo-shirted, bow-tied servers at the lake-side - unbelievable!All of Jan and Rachel's crew were always well groomed and extremely pleasant to deal with. there are no prima donnas - just solid, down to earth folk. Without a doubt, their commitment to excellence and extra attention to dtail puts NTC in a class of their own. Just the other day our son and his wife were reminiscing about their special day and commented that "the caterers made our wedding!"
